When a local youth and community organisation based in Tower Hamlets needed a website facelift with extended dynamic functionality, they came to us having heard about the growing reputation of our graphic design services.
Established since 1973 and with a history of working for the community in providing local service provisions, Elite Youth's mission statement is very simple: ‘To bring out the best in young people.’
Its key aims are to work with the disadvantaged and disengaged ethnic minority community of Tower Hamlets and encourage them towards mainstream education, employment and training.
Working with the younger generation, they needed a new web presense that would help them bring out the best from them to present to everyone they colloborate with.
The work went beyond the new graphic design to building the site upon a new platform with our custom content management system to extend their control over the website with much broader functionality.
The major new element was the control over project pages that the content management system gives, allowing new projects consisting of multiple text and graphic rich pages to be added dynamically. Other dynamic areas of the website include news items, gallery and links.
