Rebranding the Lane Property identity - the first step was a new logo design to develop a more upmarket look and feel.
From being a leader in the area it served, business had moved into a comfortable and complacent position. Competitors moved in and many new companies sprung up. Lane was lying asleep basking in the former glory.
Time had come to revive the business and claim back it’s stake in the market.
Lane Property’s rebranding excercise involved a radically different look while maintaining the promenance of the trusted Lane name. In the new logo design, the multiple color scheme reflects the differing arms of the business, with the new image adopted to visualise the company’s professionalism in order to complement their market positioning
