Designing any menu for Subway means coming up with a creative visual that matches their philosophy to sandwiches. With a range of options for each and every customer to build their own sandwich from scratch, the leaflet design for them could not simply provide a list of dishes, but rather had to represent the flow of interaction and choice which occurs with each of their customers.
(Subway are the specialists in submarine sandwiches and salads, offering a delicious range of sandwiches, salads and wraps, crisps and freshly baked cookies and muffins).
